The Dragon and Phoenix Restaurant specializes in local snacks of the delta area: Henan, Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces. It covers an area of 227m² and holds 11 tables with a seating capacity of 66. Many literary figures have wined and dined here. It has earned a reputation for being able to provide a meal that has the flavors and textures of the three provinces.
